We offer handmade crafts, custom products, and personalized items. Please note:

• Custom Orders: Once you approve a custom design, production begins. No changes can be made after this point.
• Handmade Variations: As our products are handmade, slight variations may occur.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom products, including personalized T-shirts, sweaters, and other tailored items, are non-refundable unless defective.

Orders and Payments

• Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once payment is processed.
• Custom Orders: We will send a mock-up for approval before production. No changes can be made once the design is approved.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Areas: We ship within South Africa. For special arrangements outside this region, please contact us.
• Processing Time: Handmade products may require 5–10 business days for production.
• Shipping Fees: Fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.

Returns and Refunds

• Customized Products: Returns are not accepted for custom items unless they are defective.
• Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective product.
